Cancellation and Refund Conditions


Sales made through our website are the sales subject to the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts and this law applies the provisions of the regulation. If the products you will return comply with the following conditions, it will ensure that the transactions are completed quickly.

General return conditions are as stated in the following articles.

  • Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
  • Returns of products with damaged original boxes / packaging (for example: products with a cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with cargo parcel tape) are not accepted.
  • You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return along with the product you want to return.
  • If the product / products you want to return are defective goods, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you must send via Yurtiçi Kargo. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.
  • For products that may have incompatibility problems in product selection, you should definitely order technical support for compatibility. When the original packaging of such products is opened, it is not possible to return.

The refund must be made within (15) days from the delivery date of the purchased product. The 15-day take-back period is not processed for requests to return the products after they are used, and the product is definitely not accepted back. Except for defective products, accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

According to Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer, "Goods that are contrary to the qualifications included in the promotion and user guide or in their advertisements or that reduce the benefits that the consumer expects from him or her in terms of the purpose of use, containing material, legal or economic deficiencies, are considered defective goods.

If the customer notifies the defective goods within 15 days from the date of delivery, the customer has the right to return the product, price discount, free replacement or free repair. In order to benefit from the above mentioned rights by declaring the Defective Property; If the features of the product are different from the features specified in the introduction or there are deficiencies that reduce the benefit expected by the customer from the product, the product is classified as defective goods.

The customer must report defective goods within 15 days. In the Defective Goods notification, the importer of the product is determined whether there is a usage error with a report. If it is determined that the fault of the user, the customer, can not benefit from the law.


You can easily return the purchased products within 15 days from the date of delivery, with the original box, by filling out the return form on the front of the original invoice, and with Yurtiçi Kargo, you can easily return it with counter payment. For shipments other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

It must be sent completely to the address specified on the invoice, unused and undamaged as a result of usage error. Returns of damaged products will not be accepted if the orange safety strip on the products has been removed. Standard accessories of the product must be included in the return package in a complete and undamaged form.

Refunds will be made by us within 15 business days after the product is received. Refunds made by the system are deposited into your account within 5 business days by your bank.


According to Article 8 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product without undertaking any responsibility and without any justification. Accordingly, the Customer has the right to return the product without any reason within 15 days after receiving it.
