Seir Örme Ticaret A.Ş. (“Seir Örme Brand” or “Company”) aims to process the personal data of the people who call the call center in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and other relevant legislation.

We hereby inform you that due to your call to the Seir Örme Brand call center, the personal data that you have provided/will provide to our Company and/or obtained by our Company in any way will be processed by Seir Örme Brand as the “Data Controller,”

Within the scope of the purpose requiring processing and in connection with this purpose, limited and proportionate, in order to preserve your personal data in the most accurate and up-to-date form notified by you or us and to process it under the conditions specified in the KVKK.

Method and Method of Collection of Your Personal Data
Seir Örme Brand will process your personal data through the call center in line with the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text. In case of any change in the purpose of processing your personal data, this Disclosure Text will be updated and republished by Seir Örme Brand.

Your personal data collected by Seir Örme Brand via the call center are as follows:

Name-surname, e-mail address, telephone number (mobile phone), voice recording, address information, product information, and invoice information. Your personal data is collected electronically through any information you provide to our Company via the call center.

Explanations Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data
Seir Örme Brand may continue to store the personal data of the persons calling the call center in case the purpose of using them ceases if it is stipulated in another law, or if separate consent has been given by the relevant person. Except for this exceptional case, in case the purpose of data processing ceases, the personal data in question will be immediately deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by Seir Örme Brand.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed by automatic or non-automatic methods in accordance with the provisions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, in line with the purposes specified below.

The purposes of processing personal data are as follows and may be updated in line with Company policies and legal obligations:

Your personal data will be stored for the period specified in the relevant legislation or for the period required by the purpose of processing and, in any case, for the legal limitation periods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties
The procedures and principles regarding personal data transfers are regulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, and the personal data of the relevant person may be transferred to third parties.

Your personal data is transferred to servers located abroad for the following purposes:

Your Rights
According to Article 11 of the LPPD, persons whose personal data is processed may request the following rights from the Seir Örme Brand:
